La Chinata has prepared it pickled so that you can enjoy this exclusive delicacy, without having to spend hours in the kitchen. Just by opening a jar, you can prepare a delicious salad or a cold dish for a very special lunch or dinner.
It is made over a very low heat with the traditional recipe and in an artisanal way, and only has basic ingredients such as Sherry Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, purple garlic, salt and natural spices.
