Varieties: Vinified with Tempranillo (50%) and Merlot (50%) from the Cadillos and Bancales Estates.

Vinification: There is a preliminary pre-fermentation cold-maceration of 5 days done at 9 ºC. The fermentation takes place in truncated conical stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 30 ºC with the skins for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in the tanks.

Ageing: The wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels (Kentucky forests).

Tasting Notes: The wine displays an attractive red cherry colour with purple hints and layers. Clean and intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with spicy notes from the ‘crianza’ (ageing), and mineral hints. Rich and powerful on the palate, tasting perfectly integrated fruity and oaky flavours again. On the finish, the wine is long, persistent and fruit driven.

Serving Temperature: Between 16 - 18 ºC
